Training Church Leaders

Multiple times each year, Mission Colombia provides multi-day Biblical training seminars for the next generation of Colombian church leaders.

Through these seminars, we:

  • Equip local leaders with foundational biblical knowledge
  • Train them on how to share the Gospel effectively in their communities
  • Encourage believers to lead Bible studies and grow new disciples

The Mission process begins with a few individuals who come to faith and want to spread the Gospel. They start small, often hosting Bible studies in their homes. As their community grows, we help them:
